The role is principally advising on charity governance and commercial matters. It is a broad and varied role which will include setting up new charities, drafting and amending governing documents, providing advice on company and charity law, assisting with charity mergers or incorporations and advising on commercial contracts.
Specific experience advising charities is not a prerequisite, but a real interest in the charity sector and a willingness to learn and engage in business development is essential.
The role is based in Putney, London with the opportunity to work from our Holborn office. Part-time would be considered.
